Detailed presentation of the project content:The goal of the project is to develop a high-performance fiber forage pick-up family that is compatible with all silage harvesters, adapts in terms of its technical content and fully satisfies the special requirements arising in the sector, and follows modern developments in agricultural machinery industry trends. The final product has a high market potential for both the developer and the end user.The new pick-up family ensures the full satisfaction of the current market needs, for which there is a very high demand based on our research, analysis and feedback: pick-up width according to demand, meeting the increased permeation performance needs of silos, increasing pick-up efficiency, effective ground tracking of the pick-up, etc.The target group of the product has the opportunity to use order pick-up adapters with increased pick-up performance at a price that is affordable in their economy. With this, they get a product that also provides them with favorable economic conditions in addition to cost-effective operation and reliability.With the applied technical solutions, a complex, innovative result product is created that does not yet exist on the market, and fully meets all emerging expectations: higher available power (special drive chain), increased pick-up efficiency (special design of the pick-up system), university (switch frames) , pick-up width can be selected according to the number of mowed rows (product family), effective soil tracking.In the framework of the project and as a result of it, we present a tried and tested product line that has a high market potential in the future.
